Job summary

The Salvation Army ARC San Bernardino - Chino is hiring for a Full-Time, on-site retail leadership role. The selected candidate will enhance customer service, maintain organized store operations, and contribute to rehabilitation programs through strong supervision and teamwork.

Qualified applicants have a High School Diploma and at least 2 years of retail management experience, plus proficiency in MS Office. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years previous Retail Management/Supervisory experience (thrift preferred).
• Basic understanding of office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must pass background check, which will include Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with best selection, exceptional service and well-organized stores.
• Meet store sales and income budget expectations while managing expenses.
• Create a positive environment for beneficiaries through collaboration with program staff.
• Ensure safety and security of store operations and assets.
• Supervise, coach and develop store team and beneficiaries as needed.
