Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years previous Retail Management/Supervisory experience (thrift preferred).
• Basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Open and close store operations with the Store Manager.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including POS, inventory, and donations.
• Monitor KPIs to drive sales and profitability as budgeted.
• Supervise staff, provide coaching, and conduct performance discussions.
• Ensure security of cash, inventory, and property; maintain safety compliance.
