The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Store Manager for our Buena Park location to lead daily operations, drive sales, and uphold ARC merchandising standards. You will hire and coach the store team, manage inventory and payroll, and ensure excellent customer service and donor relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• At least 3 years of supervisor/management experience in retail.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR; proof of insurance.
• Background check will be conducted; ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and income budgets while controlling expenses.
• Direct day-to-day store operations including POS, inventory, and donations.
• Hire, train, and coach the store team; conduct evaluations.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll records and attendance.
• Ensure customer and donor satisfaction; maintain community relations.
• Supervise back room processing and merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain security of cash, inventory, and building; follow ARC policies.
• Complete tasks assigned by District Sales Manager and Command leadership.
