Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years retail management/supervisory experience.
• Must be able to operate POS/cash register and schedule/supervise staff.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and provide proof of insurance.
• Background check including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry required.
• Must communicate effectively with management, staff, customers and donors.

Responsibilities

• Takes active role with Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Assumes responsibility in absence of Store Manager.
• Coaches and develops store employees.
• Maintains strong customer/donor relations and resolves complaints.
• Leads morning/shifts meetings in absence of Store Manager.
• Supervises staff to ensure compliance with directives and guidelines.
• Trains new personnel on store policies and procedures.
• Communicates personnel issues up the chain as needed.
• Completes tasks from Store Manager and District Sales Manager.
• Ensures Time and Attendance compliance and proper paperwork.
