Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and deliver results through customer focus and product operations.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans for efficiency.
• Perform service leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape; promote community involvement and omni-channel experiences.
