Job summary

Gap is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing store team in Glendale, AZ. You will drive profitable sales growth, oversee Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development, and teach behaviors that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach staff, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to SOPs while representing the brand and maintaining a best-in-class store environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to deliver results and manage store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve profitability and meet key metrics.
• Forecast, schedule, and manage budget in line with P&L.
• Hire, coach, and develop staff to deliver best-in-class service.
• Implement SOPs and brand initiatives across the store.
• Promote community involvement and uphold compliance standards.
