Five Below is seeking a hands-on Store Leader to wow customers and train associates in delivering top-notch service. The role covers opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and ensuring a smooth daily operation with a focus on sales growth and cost control.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures quality customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and takes responsibility for store operations.
• Manages opening/closing duties including cash, alarms, and security.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance and general upkeep.
