Job summary

jh is seeking a Lead Team Member to assist the Store Manager with daily operations and customer service while handling additional leadership duties. The role requires flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with on-call weekend duties.

Responsibilities include supporting loss prevention efforts, serving as a backup for deposits and paperwork, and assisting with scheduling and Month End procedures, all while maintaining high customer service standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with the ability to read and perform math.
• Attend and complete the Train the Trainer course.
• Ability to understand, articulate and implement written and verbal instruction.
• Interact with customers on a friendly basis and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, third shift and holidays.
• Must be able to be on call/work two weekends per month.
• Must work 35–45 hours per week.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to be on call 24 hours a day.
• Must operate a computerized POS system/cash register.
• Position requires bending, standing, walking and repetitive use of hands and arms.
• Must lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures and cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Supports Store Manager in loss prevention efforts.
• Provides as a back up for paperwork, deposits and orders in the absence of a manager.
• Checks gas prices.
• Provides assistance with scheduling employees.
• Assist with Month End procedures.
