Qualifications

• Clear and concise communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Experience leading tasks and delegating to achieve store goals.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and moving merchandise in a warehouse-style store.

Responsibilities

• Manage store opening and closing procedures to ensure readiness and security.
• Coordinate with Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing and customer experience.
• Plan daily/weekly workload and assign tasks to hit sales and guest-experience targets.
• Support inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and store profitability.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Lead daily team huddles to reinforce customer-focused service standards.
• Handle freight processes for incoming shipments and transitions.
• Stock shelves, downstock as needed, and maintain neat, organized displays.
• Perform other duties as needed by the business.
