Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. When no manager is onsite, you will lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and help maintain a smooth CVS/pharmacy experience.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory skills, and a flexible schedule (early mornings, overnights, weekends).

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and supervise the crew when no manager is onsite.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and reset departments following promotional plans
