Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team. You will lead store staff in the absence of the manager, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening/closing procedures while upholding CVS customer service standards.

Responsibilites include supervising the crew, assisting customers, merchandising, pricing, and maintaining confidentiality. Flexible hours including mornings, overnights, and weekends are required.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store's crew through directing and following up of all activities.
• Communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet/help customers.
• Handle customer relations per policy and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly/promotional/seasonal items.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
