Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our CVS Pharmacy store leadership team. You’ll help plan and drive store execution, deliver outstanding customer service, and support opening and closing procedures when managers aren’t onsite.

This role centers on coaching teammates, coordinating daily tasks, merchandising, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. A full-time schedule with some early mornings, weekends, and overtime is typical.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, supervision and influencing abilities.
• Willingness to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights and weekends.
