Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive excellent customer service. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure smooth operations, and oversee opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, and merchandising. The role requires flexible schedule availability and a commitment to safety and quality. This is a full-time hourly position based in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and basic computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills are required.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, overtime as needed, and respond to urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when managers are unavailable and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew by directing activities and communicating with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while maintaining confidentiality.
• Price, stock, and merchandise displays; execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandising.
