CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. When there is no manager onsite, this role leads the store and supervisory staff, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in collaboration with the CVS Store Management team.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with questions or complaints and promoting the CVS service culture.
• Handle customer relations issues according to company policy and maintain a positive shopping experience.
