Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store execution and customer service while supporting the CVS Store Management team. When no manager is onsite, you’ll supervise the staff and ensure opening/closing procedures run smoothly in a full-time role.

The position emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overnight shifts, to maintain excellent store operations.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues per policy.
• Supervise crew, assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly promotions.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
