Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management in driving execution and performance. You will lead the store team when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, while promoting a strong customer service culture.

The role requires strong supervision, communication, and analytical skills, with a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Part-time position with benefits is available.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise store crew under the Store Management team to ensure execution and performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience; resolve issues per policy while protecting confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, maintain displays, and reset departments following weekly plans.
