Job summary

CVS Health is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead store execution and performance on the CVS/pharmacy team. You will supervise staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing tasks are completed, and foster excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include directing crews, communicating with management, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining merchandising standards to promote a positive CVS shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and supervise store crews.
• Collaborate with store management to plan and drive store execution and performance.
• Provide customer service leadership to promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain and communicate with customers and colleagues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Engage in merchandising, price adjustments, shelf stocking and weekly display/inventory planning.
