CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through exceptional service. When managers are not onsite, the supervisor leads operations, ensures opening/closing processes, and guides staff.

The role requires flexible full-time availability, strong communication, and the ability to supervise and coach team members in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills with comfortable use of a computer.
• Strong communication, supervision and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in collaboration with the CVS Store Management team.
• Assist customers and uphold CVS customer service culture; resolve issues per policy.
• Manage merchandising, pricing, stocking and weekly promotional displays.
