Responsibilities

• Open and close store operations, ensure front-end readiness, and conduct housekeeping.
• Coordinate staffing with the Assistant Store Manager to support traffic and sales goals.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly tasks to meet store and department goals.
• Support inventory control, shrink reduction, and customer experience initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and train team members to improve productivity and engagement.
• Participate in freight processes and merchandise stocking including end caps.
• Adapt to business needs with other duties as assigned.
• Maintain availability for nights and weekends.
