Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking an Operations Lead in Peoria, AZ to support store processes and uphold a high‑sales culture by adhering to company standards designed to drive sales.

The role covers opening, closing, training, and delegation of tasks while demonstrating ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. The OL will engage in all freight processes, assist with inventory and customer experience, and lead the team through daily operations with a focus on speed, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Clear and concise communication (verbal, written, comprehension).
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. to move merchandise.
• Able to stand or walk for prolonged periods and move around a warehouse‑format store.

Responsibilities

• Performs all store opening, closing, and Front‑End processes with accuracy and readiness.
• Coordinates with Operations Manager to optimize staffing, traffic, sales, and customer experience while complying with timekeeping and labor standards.
• Plans and executes daily/weekly zone workload and assigns tasks to meet store, department, and sales goals.
• Supports inventory control, shrink management, safety, and loss prevention to keep the store profitable.
• Drives productivity through training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
