Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking a capable store leader to drive exceptional customer service and oversee daily store operations. You will supervise crew, assist with receiving and stocking, and ensure a smooth checkout and welcoming shopping experience for guests.

The role requires 1+ year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible scheduling and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow customers with personal contact.
• Train crew on the BE ST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure strong customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep sales floor ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
