Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Leader to oversee daily operations, train crew, and drive sales at a high-energy location in Florida. The role includes managing cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of management experience and strong communication skills. The position requires flexibility for day, evening, weekend shifts and occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members provide WOW customer service.
• Trains crew on BEST service and checkout efficiency.
• Oversees daily store operations and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and handles urgent issues.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, and sets alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training for associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Maintains store cleanliness and stock areas.
