Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be completed.
• Clear and concise communication skills (verbal and written).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and move 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb and reach as required.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform store opening and closing procedures, ensuring readiness and security.
• Coordinate with Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing and labor model adherence.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly tasks to meet store and sales goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team performance; lead by example.
• Handle freight processes, stocking, and end-cap maintenance.
• Open availability for nights and weekends.
