Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes and a lively selling culture by ensuring all operations meet documented company standards designed to drive sales. The OL handles opening, closing, training, and task delegation while upholding safety and compliance.

The role requires routine lifting and moving in a warehouse-format store, coordinating with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, manage inventory and customer experience, and lead the team

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Clear and concise communication skills (verbal, written).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, some holidays).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs; capable of moving merchandise.
• Physically able to stand/walk for long periods; ability to bend, climb, reach.
• Strong attention to detail and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store opening, closing, and front-end processes with emphasis on accuracy and safety.
• Coordinate staffing with ASM to meet traffic and labor standards.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks to meet goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, and customer experience for profitable operations.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance appraisal to drive productivity and morale.
