Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on Duty/leadership role in the United States. The position advances customer experience, oversees daily store operations, and supports onboarding and training of associates.

Qualifications

• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and performance.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep floor stocked.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and manage operations.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures.
• Perform store maintenance and upkeep.
