Job summary

HomeGoods a division of The TJX Companies, Inc. in Keene, NH is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations and leadership. You will alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles, maintain daily store functions, and model exceptional customer service with open availability including nights and weekends.

You will coach Associates, handle priority tasks, and ensure adherence to policies while maintaining a safe, guest-focused environment and supporting management in driving performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience

• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed per guidelines
