You will coach the team on brand standards, oversee Back of House and inventory, lead training on fit and product knowledge, and use store data to optimize stock and KPI performance, while maintaining a warm, inclusive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a retail leadership or operations-focused role.
• Knowledge of inventory processes and fast-paced retail operations.
