SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Operations in Center, Indiana. You will partner with the Store Leader to drive operational excellence, floor leadership, and guest-focused service in a high-volume environment.

The role emphasizes training, product knowledge, and adherence to brand standards to deliver strong business results. Responsibilities include overseeing Back of House, managing inventories and replenishment, and coaching the team on visual standards and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a retail leadership or operations role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and shipment handling.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with a focus on Operational Excellence and standards.
• Oversee Back of House operations including shipment, inventory, and back room organization.
• Manage replenishment, size integrity, and product availability; escalate as needed.
• Own damage processing and return accuracy across inventory activities.
• Maintain store supplies, equipment, and technology with timely service requests.
• Train and coach team on policies, safety, and loss prevention; model customer-obsessed service.
• Lead floor presence during peak hours and ensure on-brand product placement.
• Use store reporting to support inventory excellence and KPI goals; communicate with leadership.
