SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader-Operations to partner with the Store Leader in ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. Grow leadership skills while driving store results and maintaining brand standards.

You will oversee back-of-house functions, train teams on policies, and lead during peak hours to deliver warm, customer-obsessed service in alignment with SKIMS values.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a retail leadership or operations-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, shipment handling, and operational processes in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles and the ability to provide exceptional service to all customers.

Responsibilities

• Support daily business operations with a focus on Operational Excellence.
• Oversee Back of House operations, including shipment, inventory accuracy, and back room organization.
• Manage replenishment, size integrity, and product availability; partner on real-time solutions.
