SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Operations at Fashion Outlets of Chicago. You will partner with the Store Leader to run daily operations, achieve business results, and deliver consistently exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a retail leadership or operations-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, shipment handling, and operational processes in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Customer service-focused with ability to resolve issues promptly.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with focus on Operational Excellence.
• Oversee Back of House operations, inventory accuracy, and flow.
• Manage replenishment, size integrity, and product availability.
• Train team on policies, safety, and loss prevention.
• Lead floor during peak hours and model customer-obsessed service.
• Use store reporting tools to drive inventory and KPI goals.
