Job summary

Miniso is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Minneapolis to support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will promote the membership program and drive sales while maintaining merchandising standards and inventory controls.

You should have at least 1 year in retail management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays. Relocation and travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and performance.
• Coach and develop Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards.

• Oversee inventory, shipments, and returns; manage shrink.
