Miniso is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Overland Park, KS, to support the Store Manager in daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will lead a dynamic team, drive sales performance, and uphold merchandising and operational standards.

You will mentor trainees, manage inventory, assist in recruitment, and promote Miniso membership with a focus on growth, retention, and store profitability. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred in related fields.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management with a track record of leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and customer service excellence.
• Lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates to meet sales targets and productivity goals.
• Coach and mentor trainees, promote talent development and retention.
• Manage inventory, shipments, damages, returns, and supplies.
• Drive membership engagement and loyalty program sign-ups to boost sales.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and Miniso handbook guidelines.
• Oversee scheduling, loss prevention collaboration, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
