Job summary

Miniso is seeking a Store Manager who will lead a vibrant team to deliver a world-class shopping experience. You will drive sales, optimize operations, and promote our membership program while upholding the brand standards across merchandising and service.

You will report to the Area/District Manager, mentor staff, and recruit and develop talent. The role demands flexibility, leadership, and a focus on profitability through effective people and store management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management with leadership responsibility.
• Willingness to relocate or manage additional stores; travel between locations required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team reporting to Area/District Manager, including assistants and staff.
• Promote Miniso mission, values, and excellent customer service standards.
• Ensure seamless store execution: service, merchandising, procedures, and sales.
• Drive membership program engagement to boost loyalty and sales.
• Oversee operations, performance, and development of store employees.
• Meet sales goals through training, motivation, and feedback.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain talent; conduct evaluations and career paths.
• Maintain profitable store operations with cost control and selling strategies.
• Handle cash, SOPs, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on relations and performance.
• Operate computers and printers, manage schedules, and keep store organized.
• Ensure compelling store visuals and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Contribute to growth through planning to increase traffic and sales.
• Address issues raised by staff and customers with swift solutions.
