Job summary

Miniso is seeking a Store Manager in the United States to lead a vibrant team and deliver a world-class customer experience. You will oversee daily store operations, coach staff, manage labor and inventory, and promote the store membership program to boost loyalty and sales.

You will report to the Area/District Manager, maintain merchandising standards, and drive profitability while upholding Miniso standards and values across all activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
