Job summary

MINISO USA is looking for a Shift Leader in Minnesota to support the Store Manager in daily operations and training of associates. You will drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep on a fast-paced floor.

You will promote the store's membership program, engage customers, and help meet KPI targets while maintaining a positive atmosphere for the team and shoppers alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Assist daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store following safety and operational procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Exhibit a professional, energetic attitude aligned with MINISO USA.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
