Job summary

Miniso in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive store performance.

You will coach team members, maintain merchandising standards, manage inventory and administrative tasks, mentor trainees, promote the membership program, and help achieve sales targets while ensuring a safe, compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to relocate or manage additional stores.
• Ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Promote Miniso's mission and core values.
• Support operations, customer service, merchandising standards, and sales performance.
• Drive customer engagement with the membership program.
• Mentor trainee associates, achieve sales targets, and drive growth.
• Manage inventory, shipments, damages and returns, and supplies.
• Assist in recruitment, staffing, and retention.
• Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, inventory, and policy compliance.
• Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards; provide feedback to the Store Manager.
• Deliver constructive feedback to foster growth.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink per company policy.
• Achieve sales targets through training and motivation of the sales team.
• Manage cash-handling tasks and maintain a safe environment.
