Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Report to Store Manager and lead Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Drive sales performance and customer engagement, including loyalty program sign-ups.
• Maintain merchandising standards and adherence to operating procedures.
• Monitor inventory, shipments, and shrink to protect store assets.
• Provide constructive feedback and training to staff to promote growth.
