Job summary

Miniso is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving store performance. You will coach team members, maintain visual and operational standards, and implement strategies to achieve sales and productivity goals.

You will lead a team, promote the membership program, manage inventory, assist with hiring, scheduling, and compliance, and collaborate with Loss Prevention to keep the store safe and profitable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management with a proven leadership track record.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer management skills.
• Willingness to relocate or manage additional stores as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and customer service excellence.
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve sales targets and growth.
• Drive store performance through sales initiatives and promotions, including membership program enrollment.
• Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation in line with brand guidelines.
• Manage inventory, shipments, damages/returns, and supplies; support scheduling and compliance with policies.
• Contribute to recruiting, training, and retention of store staff.
