Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and sales driving.
• Lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Coach staff and promote Miniso values and standards.
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards across the store.
• Promote membership program and customer engagement.
• Support recruitment, staffing, and retention efforts.
• Handle inventory, shipments, and returns per procedures.
• Manage cash handling and store safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and training.
