CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our CVS Store Management team. You will help plan and drive store execution, enhance customer service, and build loyalty by delivering consistent, high-quality experiences.

When there is no manager onsite, you’ll lead the store and supervise staff, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly. This role requires flexibility with schedules, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and strong analytical skills.
• Advanced communication, supervision and influencing capabilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations when the manager is not on site.
