CVS Health is hiring an Operations Supervisor to join the Store Management team and drive store execution and performance while building loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through exceptional customer service and a culture of safety and quality.

In the absence of a manager on site, you will lead the store and supervisory staff, oversee opening and closing procedures, and ensure smooth daily operations across merchandising, pricing and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations in the absence of the manager to ensure smooth opening/closing procedures.
• Support store management and crews; communicate effectively with teams.
• Assist customers, handle questions and complaints, and maintain a positive shopping experience.
