Five Below is seeking a store leadership role in Topsham, ME. This hourly position involves supervising crew, delivering a WOW customer experience, and supporting daily store operations.

You'll help with stock, training, and merchandising while ensuring fast checkouts and strong guest service. The role requires flexibility with day/evening shifts and a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

Qualificações

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure they perform duties effectively and provide excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Manage opening/closing procedures including cash security and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance tasks like cleaning and stock-room upkeep.
