Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and outstanding service.
• Trains crew on the customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures staff perform duties well.
• Assists with receiving and stocking to keep shelves ready.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations and staff issues.
• Opens/closes store, secures cash, and ensures daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
