Qualifications

• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact; trains crew on the BEST customer service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure strong customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for fast shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff management.
• Manage opening/closing processes, cash security, and security checks.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staffing.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
