Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.
• Creative thinking to solve store operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew delivers WOW customer service with fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving and organizing stock for quick shelving.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and urgent issues.
• Opens/closes store, secures cash, and ensures smooth daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Maintains store upkeep and coordinates with leadership on procedures.
