Five Below is seeking a store leadership team member to ensure outstanding customer experiences and oversee daily operations in New York. The role emphasizes training crew, managing shifts, and delivering fast, friendly service on the floor.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and a knack for multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly position starting at $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• College experience is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and take responsibility for store operations and staff.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operation.
• Help onboard and train associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
