Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with personal contact and service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking.
• Acts as Manager on Duty for store ops and staff.
• Opens or closes the store, handles cash, locks/alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing associate training.
• Drives sales while controlling expenses.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
