• Oversee inventory control, pricing changes, markdowns, and physical counts.
• Manage sales floor merchandising, housekeeping, and promotional materials.
• Control payroll-related tasks: scheduling, budget adherence, and attendance.
• Train and develop direct reports and reinforce operational standards.
• Support loss prevention efforts and protect company assets.
• Develop ongoing knowledge of day-to-day store operations.
