Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safeguard safety of employees and customers.
• Create, establish and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience and service levels.
• Handle POS transactions per policy; manage sales, discounts and refunds.
• Oversee inventory controls including shipping/receiving and price changes.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness; manage signage and promotions.
• Oversee payroll scheduling and timekeeping; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead training and development of staff; reinforce operational standards.
• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations and take responsibility in absence of Store Manager.
