Job summary
O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role requires leading the team, ensuring staffing, coaching, and timely processing of orders.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification, with desirable certifications in parts and ASE.
Qualifications
- Must have Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
- Desirable: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
Responsibilities
- Lead the store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
- Coordinate staffing for peak hours and assist in hiring and interview processes.
- Assist in coaching, mentoring, and training for team members; monitor goal achievement.
- Ensure accurate processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders.
- Oversee cash handling, bank deposits, and secure the store during opening/closing duties.
